Construction measures of I-beam

1. Project overview.

The example project is a high-rise residential building with 18 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. Residential toilets use settlement boxes with a height of 300mm around and a waterproof sill with a thickness of 100mm.

In order to reflect the integrity and beauty of the outer frame of the building, it should be ensured that the I-beam at the bottom of the outer frame is at the same level, so that the outer scaffold can pass through the waterproof anti-sill of the bathroom and ensure that the frame body is on the same water surface. In addition, it should also ensure that the waterproof and anti-seepage effect is not damaged.

Second, the specific construction technology.

Reverse sill formwork support for toilets → head and inserts pressing → reverse sill concrete pouring → formwork removal → I-beam layout → secondary concrete pouring.

1. The toilet anti-sill formwork is the same as the general construction, and it is supported normally.

2. The I-beam of the cantilevered outer frame passes through the node of the anti-sill, and the waterproof anti-sill should be reserved for grooves, which can be blocked by template and inlaid with strips (20*30 wooden strips).

3. The concrete vibrating requirements should be met when pouring concrete against the waterproof sill.

4. After the concrete of the waterproof sill reaches the strength required by the specification, the formwork can be removed.

5. The relative arrangement of the I-beam and the waterproof sill is omitted.

6. When the concrete is poured for the second time on the waterproof anti-sill, it is necessary to remove the concrete surface of the anti-sill and the ground in advance, sprinkle with water to moisten it, and meet the vibration requirements when pouring the concrete.

3. Specific construction measures.

1. The formwork of the waterproof anti-sill should be firmly supported, positioned accurately, and the blocking formwork should be firm and stable.

2. When pouring concrete, in order to ensure the compactness of the concrete, it is recommended to use a small vibrating rod.

3. When removing the formwork, the strength of the concrete needs to meet the requirements, and brutal construction is prohibited.

4. When the I-beams at the bottom of the outer frame are arranged and removed, it is strictly forbidden to damage the finished bathroom countersill.

5. After the I-beam at the bottom of the outer frame is removed, the secondary construction of the reverse sill should be carried out in time. The stubble connection of the finished product should be carefully cleaned to ensure that there is no foreign matter at the stubble connection, and it should be sprinkled with water and moistened, and reported to the supervisor for on-site inspection.

6. When pouring concrete, it is poured with concrete mixed with expansion agent.
