Put the flat hammer in it, and then hit the flat hammer to split the angle to a right angle.
Three: Correction of bending:
1. To correct the outer bending of the angle steel, place the recess on the steel ring or on the platform, and hammer the convex part of the flange. When hammering, the angle should be placed according to the direction of the angle steel, and the hammer handle should be raised or lowered for hammering. Anti-angle steel overturning and accident at work;
2. Angle steel bending is very common in angle steel correction, and angle steel bending has internal deformation, external bending, etc.;
3. To expand the concave surface, the concave surface can be placed flat on the platform, and the hammering point can be expanded from the inside to the outside by hammering the concave part while increasing the hammering force, so that the concave surface fibers can be stretched to straighten the angle steel;
4. There are methods such as hammering the convex part and expanding the concave surface for the correction of the inner bending of the angle steel. Hammer the convex part and place the concave part of the angle steel to be corrected on the platform. To prevent springback, two steel plates can be placed under the angle steel as fulcrums. Hold the letter angle steel outside the platform by hand and make the convex part of the angle steel face vertically upwards. The position of the hitting point should be at the convex part of the middle of the two fulcrums for hammering.
